Stuart Neal established the brokerage in 2004 and since that time has assisted many business owners across a range of industries to successfully turn their businesses into cash.

He is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Source (M&A Source) the world!&s leading industry organization for Mergers and Acquisitions Intermediaries and the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and Alberta's ONLY independent Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) serving the small and medium sized business community.

He is currently pursuing the Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA) designation through Loyola University of Chicago.

Educated in New Zealand, the United Kingdom, United States and Canada, Stuart holds a Commerce Degree (Honours) from a prominent British University and a post-graduate diploma from the Institute of Direct Marketing in London. He is also licensed as an Associate Broker to trade in real estate in the province of Alberta.

Stuart has also successfully participated in The Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators (CBV) education program.
