At Western Business Brokers, the process of selling a business falls into 3 key phases.


PHASE 1 - Desk Research

Create Offering Memorandum and Value Proposition for each sector (latent entrepreneur, same sector diverse, same sector complimentary, competitors etc.)

Time Required 10 to 60 hours

PHASE 2 - Execution

Determine Your Routes to Market , Fill Prospect Funnel and Commence Selection Process

Time Required 160 hours approx.

PHASE 3 - Negotiating The Offer, Due Diligence and Closing

Selected buyers will be encouraged to make their best offer based on your priorities.

We assist buyers with securing financing.

We chase the deal through the due diligence stage in order to maximize the chances of satisfactorily closing a transaction.

Time required 270 hours approx. over 12 to 24 months.
